Stormwater Management Manual for Eastern Washington (SMMEW) Update Survey
We would like to hear from you, the SMMEW user community, on how to improve the manual. The Stormwater Management Manual for Eastern Washington (SMMEW) will be updated in the coming years, and we are gaining feedback to help determine key issues for consideration. This survey is being administered by the eastern Washington municipal stormwater permittees.

Mid Columbia Science Fair-2015 Every year in March, the MCSF brings together hundreds of students from Eastern Washington and surrounding areas who get a chance to show off their scientific prowess for fun and prizes. This year’s fair will be held on Thursday, March 5th, 2015 and the awards ceremony will be on Saturday, March 7th. All of the exhibits will be displayed at the Columbia Center mall in Kennewick. The awards ceremony will be at Chief Joseph Middle School in Richland. The fair is open to any student, grades 6 through 12, in the Eastern Washington region.
